My work didn't begin because I decided I wanted to become a healer.

It began because I needed to heal.

Almost a decade ago, I took one of the biggest leaps of faith of my life and left my marriage with two little boys, beginning a journey that would completely change who I was.

I had to understand the wounds that shaped me. The beliefs I had inherited, the places I abandoned myself and the ways I looked outside myself for love, safety, validation and answers.

Somewhere along that path, I heard: “Your work in this world is to teach women how to trust themselves.”

So life taught me how.

Through years of healing, spiritual practice and medicine work, I began discovering who I was underneath the programming, fear and identities I had learned to survive inside of.

My healing became the place where I discovered my medicine.

Bufo became a profound part of that journey. It helped me experience God, love, peace and wholeness within myself, but eventually I became interested in something deeper:

How do we actually live what the medicine shows us?

That question is at the heart of my work today.

As founder and Priestess of Altar of the Heart Church, I work with 5-MeO/Bufo, relational healing, integration, spiritual embodiment, self-trust and conscious creation. I support people through deeper medicine and integration journeys and mentor women whose own healing is becoming inseparable from the work they're here to bring into the world.

I also guest teach within 5-MeO facilitator education, supporting practitioners with the real human experiences that training alone can't always prepare us for.

Because I believe healing isn't only about feeling better.

Healing is where we discover ourselves.

And sometimes what we discover becomes the medicine we're here to share.

Heal what shaped you.
Trust what you discover.
Carry your medicine into the world.
